Surgeries are held throughout the day from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 6:30pm on Fridays. Saturday morning surgeries are held from 9am to 1pm.
Appointments can be made by:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or Patient Access to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination
- phone us on 020 3883 5900
- in person
- Via our online consultations AccuRx
If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request, you can now contact us online.
It is helpful with urgent problems if you can give the receptionist some information about the nature of the problem, although this does not affect your right to confidentiality.
Appointments are booked at the NHS standard rate, which is 10 minutes per appointment. Longer appointments can be given at the doctor’s discretion.
At your appointment the doctor will give you as long as is necessary to deal with your problem safely, but if you have multiple problems to discuss, he or she may ask you to book another appointment.
Please ensure that you arrive before your appointment time, as if you are even a little late it will delay every other patient after you.

Pharmacy First
Pharmacists can give you advice on a range of conditions and suggest medicines and antibiotics if clinically indicated without the need to see your GP. Please ensure you are seen within the community for the conditions listed below before requesting a same day appointment. The seven conditions they can treat as part of Pharmacy First are:
- Earache (aged 1 to 17 years)
- Sore throat (aged 5 years and over)
- Impetigo – a contagious skin infection (aged 1 year and over)
- Sinusitis – infection of the sinuses (aged 12 years and over)
- Shingles – infection that causes a painful rash (aged 18 years and over)
- Urinary tract infections / UTIs (women aged 16 to 64 years)
- Infected insect bites (aged 1 year and over)
The pharmacist will offer you advice, treatment or refer you to a GP or another healthcare professional if needed and this encounter is then forwarded back to your GP Practice. If you are not within these age ranges, a pharmacist can still offer advice, but you may need to see a GP for treatment.
