Attached Staff

The Health Visitor

For information about children’s centres and directions please click here or call 02082745830. They are available to help with health matters for the under fives, such as feeding difficulties and all aspects of child development.

District Nurses

The district nurses specialise in assessing and providing nursing care to those who are housebound, and may be contacted via reception. They will give support and advice to patients and carers and will liaise with other agencies on your behalf.

Intermediate Care

Your doctor may refer you to the Intermediate Care team for assessment if you require a lot of care to manage at home. We have an Intermediate Care nurse attached to the practice. The aim of this service is to help people stay at home and reduce the need for admissions to hospital. A social worker is also attached to this service.

Domiciliary Physiotherapy

Our domiciliary physiotherapist, is available through your GP for those people who require assessment, therapy and advice in their own homes. Physiotherapy is also available with GP referrals at local hospitals.
